Is there a minimum order quantity for ongoing orders.
NO. You can order one box or as many as you like. The order form makes it very easy to choose what flavors you want in each box.
What is the lead time for orders?
We typically ship orders received before 5 pm Eastern Time on the next business day. We do not ship orders on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or major national holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
YES.
How do you approach special event planning?
We collaborate on the desired quantity and design of billboards. If attendee names are available, we personalize them; otherwise, we’ll use your branding to leave a memorable impression.
Can I customize the flavor assortment in each box?
YES. You can choose the flavors for each box from more than 50 choices.
Can we upgrade the box with special wicker baskets and other items?
YES. at an additonal charge.
When do I pay?
You pay when the billboards are complete, and the boxes are ready to ship. We will send you a checkout email with a payment link.
What types of payments do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Stripe, Square, 2Checkout, and Amazon Pay.
Do you accept wire transfers by bank wire?
YES. Both domestically and internationally.
Can I see a sample of the final product before placing a large order?
YES. We can provide a sample of the billboard and cookie combination for your approval.
Can I customize the flavor assortment in each box?
YES. You can choose the flavors for each individual box. There are more than 70 flavors.
Can I send you the graphics of my billboard, and will you insert the personal message for each recipient?
YES. We prefer to do it this way so that we ensure your
message is shown properly based off of the billboard requirements.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies use proprietary baking techniques and a special packaging process that keeps the vacuum-sealed cookies fresh and soft and chewy for more than 6 months.
Is there a 100% satisfaction guarantee?
YES. We stand by our product 100%. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right. If UPS loses an order, we replace it at
no additional cost to you.
What happens if there’s an issue with my order?
